2026 Walking Tour: Ghosts of Downtown (Oct. 3)

Description

Hear spooky stories from Colorado Springs’ early days in this interactive tour featuring local storytellers from the Pikes Peak Writers Guild. Some stories are real; some are fake — can you tell which is which? Hear untold stories of historic buildings and get to know the Ghosts of Downtown.

  • $15 admission per person, which includes a free beverage. 
  • Advance is required.
  • Tickets are non-refundable. 
    • Given 24 hours' cancellation notice, tickets may be transferred to a later tour date. 
  • One Saturday per month, March through October
  • Tour start locations vary; see website for details.

Private tours on a variety of topics are available for groups of 10 or more—perfect for corporate teams, walking groups, social groups or friends day out. Call 719-886-0088 or email info@DowntownCS.com to schedule.

Time

The tour will depart at 10 a.m. from Story Coffee. Please plan to arrive early to get your beverage (included in ticket price) and check in with Downtown staff when you arrive. Plan on at least two hours to arrive early for a beverage, complete the tour, and return to your car.
