Join us for an in-depth look at Downtown commercial real estate with Jordin Egan, Broker Associate at NAI Highland. Jordin will share key negotiation tactics and best practices for today’s market. The program will also feature important updates from City of Colorado Springs City Planner Ryan Tefertiller, covering patio permits, sidewalk sales, signage, and other essential Downtown permitting requirements.
