Join us for our Summer Member Mixer on the COATI rooftop patio! It’s the perfect excuse to step away from the desk, grab a drink and some snacks, and catch up with the folks who make our downtown so special while enjoying those legendary Pikes Peak views. 

To keep you in the loop, Chelsea Gondeck (CEO, Downtown Partnership) and Caitlin Kaercher (Senior Event Coordinator, COATI) will share a few quick remarks about upcoming events and the latest happenings around our city center. Whether you're here for the networking or just the sunset, we can’t wait to see you there.

Getting There & Parking
COATI is right in the heart of the action, which means parking takes a little bit of planning. Here is the best way to get to the party:

  • Metered Parking: Available on the streets immediately surrounding the building.
  • Free Parking: There is some free parking on S. Cascade Ave, south of Cimarron St.
  • Paid Parking: There is a paid lot at the corner of Cascade and Moreno.
  • The ZEB: Our free Downtown Shuttle runs every 7-10 minutes and is a great way to skip the parking hunt entirely.
  • PikeRide & Scooters: Always a fun option for a quick zip across downtown.

A quick heads-up: Please do not park in the Visit COS, Sound Shop, or McDivitt lots, as they are strictly monitored and you might be fined or towed.

Pro-Tip: Check out DowntownCS.com/Parking for a full map and info on the ParkMobile app. It lets you extend your meter from your phone so you don't have to leave the conversation to feed the meter.
